What is a Coach?
A coach is a skilled guide and mentor who can help you set goals, stay on track, refine your skills, and achieve greater profits and satisfaction from your work and your life. If you're like most agents, you're swamped with too much work and too many distractions. Your coach helps you set and maintain priorities. More importantly, your coach will help you remove the blocks to top performance, increase your profitability, AND help you have the business and personal life you've always dreamed about having.

How Does Individual Coaching Work?
You'll meet your coach on the phone, at a pre-arranged time for 30 minutes, usually three times per month. Together you and your coach will design your own personal action plan based upon your strengths rather than what someone else says you "should" do. Coaching works through small, consistent actions taken over time. In general, the real benefits are not apparent for 6-12 months. What surprises most coaching clients, however, is how far they have come with so little effort at the end of a 12 month period. The more committed you are, the more you'll get out of your coaching experience.

Who are the RealEstateCoach.com coaches?
RealEstateCoach.com went through a rigorous selection process for our coaching team. We had over 220 applications for our 16 coaching positions. Each of our current coaches meets the rigorous requirements listed below:

  1. Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) which sets the professional and ethical standards for the coaching industry.

  2. Graduate of an ICF accredited Coach Training Institution such as Coach University, Coaches Training Institute, or the Hudson Institute.

  3. Minimum of three years full time coaching experience over and beyond formal coach training.

  4. Eligibility for the Professional Coach or Master Certified Coach Designation from ICF, the highest designations from the only recognized certification body in the profession. (More of our coaches hold professional designations than any other real estate coaching company).

  5. Specific experience coaching real estate professionals.

Don't settle for a trainer or agent "turned coach" who lacks professional coach training and does not adhere to ICF ethics and standards. We hired the best because YOU DESERVE THE BEST!

How Much Does Coaching Cost?

How do I get started with a personal coach?
You select a coach in the same way you select any professional — look at their qualifications, have a conversation, and ask for references. Plan to interview at least three coaches before making your choice. Your coach will be an involved participant in your life, so strong communication and good rapport are important. At the same time, you'll gain the most from a coach who challenges you, so be willing look beyond what's "comfortable." To find out more about selecting a coach and to begin the process, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Read the biographical information on the coaches, then select three that you'd like to interview.

  2. Fill out our contact form.
    You will be personally contacted by a member of our "Rapid Response Coaching Team" who will set up your complimentary coaching session. At the end of the session, you will be invited to interview two additional coaches from our team to make sure the coach you have chosen is the right coach for you.

  3. Select the coach with whom you would like to work.

  4. Fax us your credit card authorization and you're ready to go!
