of 18 on the above checklist. Ideally, they will also have experience from at
least one of the backgrounds listed below:
1. Real estate affiliated background such
as commercial brokerage, property management, escrow officers, mortgage
brokers, asset managers, appraisers, title company representatives,
and Realtor's assistants.
2. Prior experience in commissioned sales.
3. Teachers and students.
4. Individuals with a past history of athletic
success.
5. Recent additions to other real estate firms.
6. Owners, managers, and management trainees
of local small business.
7. Individuals with a successful fund raising
background.
8. Insurance agents.
9. Stock brokers
10. Computer salespeople.
